Shocked Duude, I'm so sorry Sad

If it's any consolation the multiplayer is yet to make any sense to me, there seems to be no objective that I can discover. Only played it once but I couldn't figure out what you were supposed to do with it Dunno

OMG!! Shocked Shocked

This game has SOOOOOOOO much potential it's unreal!!!! Yahoo

Must admit, I'm not too keen on the "Grand Theft" feel of the game play & controls but that's a minor problem which I'll overcome with a little more game time. I love the "Dead Eye" system as well. Much more challenging than V.A.T.S on Fallout as you still have to lock on to your target. The graphics are amazing & minimal loading times are a blessing!
Shooting whilst atop your steed is a bit tricky, but again I'm sure this will improve as I get used to the game. All in all a solid effort! One which ensured my slightly later than usual arrival at work this morning......... Embarassed

Can't wait to get on line with this!!!

What's the on-line mode like?

Loading times are terrible on the 360 Shocked

Online mode is pretty cool, other than the obvious and boring fight each other modes there are coop missions specific to multiplayer, me and my xbox wingman have been working through them steadily and they are good. Long missions with several sections to complete and total dependence on each other to get through. Classic coop.

You should try spending some time just hunting, you get the best prices for stuff you sell in Armildillo, especially after a few story missions, I cashed in £2000 worth of animal bits yesterday and I still keep discovering animals that I haven't seen before Laughing

Excellent :cunning: I know 5 other people with this game on PS3 (One was converted over the weekend! Twisted Evil ) and it's about to get Multiplayer crazy on PSN.

I accidentally completed 2 sharpshooter challenges last night Yahoo Trying to get used to that horse.

I've crossed the border into Mexico now, can't say why or it'll give away the story. Trying not to go too hard into the story in case I finish it too soon, so I'm doing as many stranger missions and challenges as I can for now.

You definitely want to upgrade the guns but you wont get anything better than the volcanic pistol and the Winchester rifle till you cross the border. Do save up and buy a fast horse though, I bought the Kentucky saddler and every time you lose him or kill him you just use the deeds in your pocket and a new one appears. If you don't have horse deeds you have to wait ages for a new one and it's usually crap.

General Stores in any town, again you get the best price in Armadillo, I paid £750 for mine but it was £1500 anywhere else.

This game rocks! lol A good variation on GTA imo as I thought that franchise was getting a little tired.

I love the casino games (poker, blackjack) and you can happily sit into the wee hours just playing those. My only gripe with this game is that I feel a little let down. It COULD have been so so much better. Where are the missions which parody great films like The Good The Bad & The Ugly?

I suppose that's a minor quibble though. There's definitely enough variation to hold interest until Mafia II comes out!
