Red Dead Redemption

Has this one caught your eye? I've been checking in my local outlets and it has been sold out since it's release. I have a copy on order so I will play it soon but I've got to say I'm getting quite excited about it! I can remember a game being in such demand for quite some time. Hope it lives up to the hype.

Well, this is certainly on my radar! Looks like a fantastic title! I think my only reservation is that Boarderlands also looked a fantastic title But where would I be if I judged all games on the basis

I hope it doesn't go the same way as that pile of tripe! I'm sure it'll be good, the buzz would have died down by now if it wasn't. And it is a Rockstar title

Nice one, I'll send you my number and you can call it in. I'm looking for about 2 hours peace so you need to be convincing. I just loaded it up and the intro looks cool, slick film style setting of the scene.

You'll love this one What you have here is an open world, western based action rpg. Take GTA, add in some of the things you liked from Fallout (karma, the desiscions you make determine who you are and how people treat you) and put it in a massive western game map

You start as a lone gunslinger with a score to settle, it doesn't go well for you and your left bleeding at the side of the road. A local farmer picks you up and pays to have you fixed up so when you come to you owe her a debt of gratitude and agree to help patrol her ranch with her. She teaches you how to shoot and ride a horse etc. Then the game is yours. You can go back to the farm and follow the story or wander off across the plains and do a bit of exploring, obviously I went exploring. Such a gorgeous map and such smooth gameplay but it gets better!! The online mode is the same as the main game, that is you just enter the map with up to 8 friends and you can both do whatever you want. Fight, go through the story, challenge each other to do stupid stuff, race, whatever you want.

This baby has got the full five out of five from me. Can't wait to see what you make of it.

If only the Xbox and PS3 game servers allowed inter species gameplay, we'd have a wicked time exploring this game.

They really need to hurry up and do that! People all over the gaming community are screaming for it!!!!

They'll have to at some point surely. It seems a little silly not too. People will still buy Xbox or Playstation if that's what they prefer, but the would have a lot more online traffic with cross console online co-op gaming

Time will tell I suppose, anyway I have a name to make for myself. Going for bad guy first then I'll try the goody two shoes approach

I am loving this game, it's brilliant Been working the story missions and have ended up with ridiculously good karma, I just can't resist a damsel in distress

Tomorrow. Couldn't get to Game yesterday before it closed & I've no chance of doing so today either, so tomorrow morning, around 10am - 11am I will OWN this game!!

Just going on personal experience, I live out in the sticks though, you must be able to find a copy in metropolis

Well, there are 3 game stores within about 20 minutes of each other. one of them should have it. If not I'll make my way to Oxford Street. And if that fails I'll just go to HMV Meanie
