The Death of the Console?

Consoles seem to be slowly closing the gap on PC's when it comes to raw gaming. At the moment stadia isn't for me. The always online aspect of it annoys me as I prefer the option to game offline

My son got me the Nintendo switch lite recently.
I must say I am rather enjoying this hand held
device. Not a lot of difference control wise, but
longer and more slick, in my opinion.
It is nice playing games from the 90’s too graphics
a lot more advanced.

The Nintendo hasn't caught my attention yet, I may get to it but I cant find a compelling reason to come away from the Xbox or Playstation.

I like the Stadia concept because I have had to get used to being online all the time anyway, Xbox doesn't even let you play offline games without an internet connection anymore

And of course there is project X-Cloud which lets you access your xbox library from any screen in the world That is going to be awesome if they get it right

Project X...??? I'mma have to look this up
