Re: Loyalty
Is there ever Ty? Just because you think that one of your friends in RL is loyal doesn't mean that they will prove it if the time ever came.
Re: Loyalty
Yeah I know what you mean, I guess the forumworld is containable so maybe people treat it like a friendship you can turn on or off as you need?
Re: Loyalty
I back up a forum friend just like I would back up a real life friend as there isn't really much difference between the 2. I'm there for them when needed, but I'll still take them to one side & tell them they were wrong if that's my belief.

Re: Loyalty
Does anyone really know another person in real life?
People lie everyday & it doesn't affect us until we find out they lied. People you meet in everyday real life will tell you things about themselves that just are not true, this can also happen on the internet. The main difference is that on the internet there seems to be less potential to find out that someone has lied to you, but maybe people in real life just go to greater lengths to hide the lie.......

Even if you know something to be wrong behaviourally or situationally involving them, or just conversationally in company, do you back them up?
It appears loyalty doesn't occur on the internet
