What are you playing now?

As I have just deflated my own enthusiasm about Assassins Creed 2 I need a new title to get my teeth into. What's out now that would be worth me investigating?

BioShock 2 Looks Bloody Amazing!!! But I want the demo first.

Bayonetta is okay if you just want a bit of a button basher to keep you entertained for a bit.

At the Moment "Dantes Inferno" is getting a run out. After slaying all those angels and running a muck in "Paradiso" on Bayonetta it makes me feel better to slay a few demons and cause Hell in the 9 circles of Hell now. It's not a bad title thus far, although the camera angle is bloody annoying & cannot be manually adjusted. Oh, and if there's a network error it might stop working....

Playing that side by side with Modern Warfare 2 & Fifa10. You won't want Fifa10 as you're not a footie fan& you've already got modern warfare 2 I believe.....

I am getting a little excited about "Fallout: New Vegas" But it's not due out until Q3 2010 at the earliest, so we'll probably be looking at Jan 2011 for that one

Got Modern Warfare 2 and not much of a footie fan, quite like the idea of Bayonetta or Aliens v Predator. Basically I want to trade in Assassins Creed 2 and COD Waw far a game without handing over any cash so I think a new release is out of the picture

I will keep those in mind, think the best thing to do is hit the shops armed with my trade ins and an open mind. I'll let you know what happened when I get back

Should be able to get Bayonetta for a tidy sum now........ Could even get a trade in one as I'm sure most people would've completed & traded it in by now.........

Outside of that Oh, if you want a really really oldie which might keep you going for a bit then I'd invest in "Bladestorm". Not sure if it's available on the X-Box, but I picked it up for £12 Brand new just over a year ago........ Decent game which still sits in my collection. It's a bit like "Age of Empires" or "Command & Conquer" but without all the worries about building bases & stuff like that.......

Toyed with Bayonetta but ended up with Prototype and Bionic Commando on a 2 for £30 deal.

Initial play has revealed Bionic Comando to be a bit cartoony, Prototype is stunning

Yeah, I'll need more info on Prototype. I looked at that a little while ago but passed it over....... On a 2 for £30 deal it could be worth it........

It was a pre-owned deal so both games were secondhand but who cares if they work ok.

OMFG I love Prototype!!! You have complete freedom to cause mayhem and carnage as you stroll through New York like a god! I'll give you a decent review in a day or two but I can't stop playing right now.

It's still all about Prototype for me but I was tempted by Aliens Vs Predator.

Well, so far I've only played a couple of missions as the Alien, but he's a deadly little beast!! With Alien you can walk on any surface which makes sneaking up on grunts kinda straightforward, but the inbuilt A.I has made sure that it's not "Easy" as the grunts rarely walk alone & their firepower is decent enough to mean a few hits will kill you. You must use Aliens greatest strengths to get through. Speed & Stealth. Stealth by cutting power to lights or in some cases taking out the lights themselves. Circle round your enimies, lure one away & strike quickly with deadly precission. When it comes off without you getting caught it is very satisfying

Can't really go into too much detail as I'm just starting out really. Only downside thus far is the camera can be rather confusing when you go from walking on the floor to walking on the walls to walking on the ceiling & back again

I'm gonna try out Predator next.....

Ghost Recon 2, Old School

Still on Fallout 3. Can't decide whether to be Evil, Neutral or Good

I did go back to it briefly but then I found my old ghost recon in a drawer and had to crack that back open. What a brilliant game, it's still impressive now and it's years old.

Ah, my reasoning is simple. With my PS3 not loading up games I've lost all my trophies So might as well earn them all over again!

Yep, got Bayonetta, Dante's Inferno, Bladestorm and a few others to go. Why they restrict the ability to transfer game data for some games from one system to another is beyond me

I really liked Bladestorm but it just got a bit repetitive after a while, didn't gel with the other two at all really. Just tried Jason and the Argonauts, do not waste your time on that pixelated crap!

Yeah, it did get slightly repetitive after a while, but I enjoyed mastering all the different troop types. It was like a "Tactics" but with you doing the actual fighting.

Didn't like the look of Jason & the Argonauts. Very glad I didn't bother with it now though

I think that's why I stuck at it for so long, I really liked the spearmen and it was good fun trying to dominate the whole battlefield when you only had to take one town.

For me it was either Swords or the massive Club Dudes! Man, wanna go & play it now, but I'll only get bored of it after about 20 minutes

im playing resistance2......ive played it non stop since it came out im totally addicted....online bluetooth headset listening to people moan when i blow them to kingdom come...its an awesome game i love it,cant wait for res3 probably out near xmas time....
