I wouldn't call it "Brave". It was very risky of her. But then The difference between Bravery & Stupidity usually comes down to success or failure. As she was successful she's branded as brave, but had she got hurt or worse then surely it would've been stupid. Getting into a fight when you're out numbered & out muscled is not very clever......... Nope

Getting into a fight for anything other than the preservation of life is a stupid thing to do full stop. I found it very funny but I couldn't understand what her motivation was, the best theory I have is that she just a meddler and could not resist sticking her oar in Laughing

Isn't there a vigilante gang in the US that are doing what the guy from kick ass did?

No, I think tackling those guys was stupid whichever way you look at it Dunno

Being set upon & fighting back isn't stupid. It's not a fact of "no one cares anymore". It's a fact of survival & looking out for number one. I've got a mate who saw a bloke hit a woman. It appeared to be the blokes girlfriend. My mate waded in to help and ended up getting a bottle over his head from the girl for his trouble....... Talk about gratitude!

For me, the shop which was being robbed was insured so even if the robbers had stolen stuff & got away the store wouldn't have lost out. The old woman could've lost her life meaning her & her family would've lost out for pretty much nothing...... That's what makes it stupid in my eyes. Dunno

....I stand by my feelings!!...I still think she woz a brave tho stupid woman!!.....mostly anyone doing a brave thing could be classed as doing a stupid thing.....being brave is often...stupid!!...but brave nevertheless!!.... Hmph

..but personally.....I really would have appreciated some help when I was being 'set upon'....not everyone will smash you over the head with a bottle if you try and help them!!..... Dunno

Though I agree with you to an extent.

I'm always happy to help when I see someone in distress but then it's less likely to backfire on a decently built 6'2" menacing thugish looking kinda guy like me Laughing
