Over the last few years there have been some pretty good film sites popping up but they only ever seem to last a little while before being shut down or blocked.
Right now I'm using 123movies and putlocker. Does anyone know of any other good ones? I've heard that cinema box he is good but can't get it to work on IOS

First bit of advice would be get a proper OS! 
Seriously though, I don't know of any good ones available on iOS. I only really stream from network sites like iPlayer & Sky Go. I download everything else.

I used to download everything but I have found streaming a lot more convenient in recent years. I use apple Tv so I can send it live from my phone/ipad without having to download.
I do believe you can do that with smart TV's and other equipment now though
